I am estimating a week tops that this place closes and that is a shame... I used to love coming here, especially when the beautiful South American girl worked here. It was great and the coffee is good; however, she is no longer there and the new 'Battista' has no idea what she is doing and/or what is going on. Last week- took 5 minutes just to order and got wrong size. Today, it took 27 minutes for me to get my takeaway coffee and nobody else was waiting. Same problem with the sizes but even more so the lady was messing up orders, ringing things up incorrectly and really bot helping AT ALL! I feel bad for the cook who was doing everything - well at least trying to. Impossible job and 10 over...
We found this place through online search. Reviews were good so we thought to give it a try. I had the breakfast board, my wife had Potato Rosti. We both really enjoyed the breakfast. on mine, the mushrooms tasted extra special. I am not sure exactly how they got them tasting the way they did but it was truly amazing. I could have eaten a full plate of those on their own. Nice tasty flavoured bacon, again cooked to perfection. The ambience was very relaxed, the décor good and overall the trip was well worth it. I recommend this place. Next we will try lunch - our only problem is on a Saturday it only opens until 11:00 AM currently and we cannot make it there during the week.
Great place for breakfast or lunch! Some great specials and these change regularly so you never get bored. Suits all sorts of diets, vegan, vegetarian etc..Food is always fresh and tasty. Great staff make you always feel welcome and must say serve some of the best coffee around. Well worth a visit you will not be disappointed!
For such a small cafe, the overall quality and presentation of food was far above what we were expecting. It's a shame it's so easy to miss when you drive past, as they definitely offer some great dishes and excellent coffee!

Been a regular to Eat + since it opened. Never ever been let down. The service is friendly, the food delicious and the coffee sublime. Coming from a whinging pom, this is praise indeed.
Great food, amazing coffee, friendly and attentive staff. I love coming here to do a bit of work or catch up with friends. They cater well to dietary needs too.
Lunch - had the lamb wrap, it was amazing, service was great, berry smoothie was delicious and we finished with nice coffee too. Nothing to fault :)

The best food we've had in the Gold Coast, lots of organic food and things to buySmoothies were off the chain, and the brunch was amazeballs.
