Einstein Bros. Bagels

I really enjoy the bagels at this restaurant, but the staff could use some improvement. The man in charge, who wears a turquoise shirt and has a long goatee, doesn't seem to be doing much as he spends his time smoking and playing on his phone outside. The woman who appears to be a manager is often seen arguing with her significant other on the phone while assisting customers. I hope they can do better in the future. Additionally, the generic automated response to my review is not very helpful.

The bathroom was awful, with water all over the floor from a leaking toilet, and it was dirty and disgusting.
