I called a phone order and it was ready when I came in. They don't give you an itemized ticket/bill so I paid what the guy told me it was. I got home and unloaded the food and inside was a small calculator type of receipt with prices only. Got charged for an extra item and have no idea what it was for. Absolutely disgusting. Personally the food was not to my liking, that I do not blame on the cook. But the ambiance of this place is awful. Smelled like a damn chimney, I wasn't able to enjoy my food due to the fact the whole restaurant smelling like cigarette. There's was a worker that kept going in and out of the kitchen to smoke, but the smell would go into the restaurant. It was just very unpleasant. I do not see myself coming back.
saw this restaurant online when I Google cherng fun (Chinese rice roll) and it was in my 'back yard ' so I thought to give it a try. always willing to discover a new hidden treasure.unfortunately, the rice rolls weren 't living up to the reviews. even paying extra for more shrimp and cha sui, the shrimp rolls and the cha sui rolls were small and unexciting. not worth the price hence the 2 star review.Parking: parking in front
This restaurant is cash-only! We went there solely for the rice noodle rolls, and they did not let us down. For only $5.50, you get a generous serving of rice noodle rolls (cheung fun). We sampled the pork and beef versions, and they were fantastic. However, the drinks tasted somewhat diluted. Overall, the food deserves a perfect 5 out of 5!
