El Mariachi Mexican

We ordered from the restaurant website and chose Delivery from their options. However, we never got our food. When we called the restaurant an hour later, they said they didn 't do deliveries and that our food was sitting there. When we went to pick up the food, it was, of course, cold and no longer safe to eat. We asked for the delivery fee and tip that we paid to be refunded, but they refused and were not helpful. We never got the food, so have no idea if it is good or not. But with this type of customer service , we will never find out because we will never order food from or go to this restaurant again.

When I arrived, there was only one other customer in the restaurant, and it took over five minutes for someone to come over and take my order. After I finished my meal, there were four tables occupied, and when the server asked if everything was alright, I responded, “Yes, but I’m ready for a box and the check!” Instead of attending to my request, she proceeded to clean the bar and then walked away for another five minutes before finally getting me checked out. While the food was good, the inadequate service was disappointing, especially considering how few customers were there.

Do not enter any circumstances. Order anything online or for delivery from this restaurant. You will not get it or you will get the wrong thing. They will not refund you if you do not get your food. Can't speak to the quality of the food itself because I never got it. But I would never order from this restaurant again under any circumstances. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner

The food was really good and decently priced, and the drinks were excellent. Service was okay, our cups were empty a lot and we were left waiting a long time for the check. Also I asked for guacamole and was brought queso? It ended up being really good queso though. Overall I'd come back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Réservez une table maintenant

I took off one star due to the overwhelming atmosphere. However, the service has consistently been excellent. On my last visit, I had some tacos that were fantastic—specifically, the Taco De Maiz with 1 Chorizo, 1 Pastor, and 1 Lengua. Stop reading reviews and head over to El Mariachi!

This restaurant is incredible! Their guacamole is the best I've ever had! I haven't tasted authentic guacamole like that since my honeymoon in Mexico. I highly recommend checking this place out! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The Hispanic food was delightful! The gorditos (I believe that’s how it’s spelled) were incredibly tasty! The restaurant wasn't crowded, so we received our food very quickly. Plus, the drinks were affordable! Réservez une table maintenant
