Captive customers We already paid, so they make us wait Wait time was long because the employee packing the orders only took care of the customers with an order number to call out. Any mobile or online order she would pack, but would not call outour names or make eye contact with us to ask what order we are waiting for. Earlier, I gave my name to another employee, andthe response was that they were still prepping my order. I was craving some Pollo Loco, so I drove a few extra miles to visit my favorite location, and it was definitely worth it! I would rate it a perfect 5 across the board. The taste was incredible, and the value is unbeatable—only $20 for 12 pieces, plus three large sides of salsa and tortillas. As for the service, I couldn't find my voucher, but they honored it anyway! During these tempting times, I really needed something satisfying, and I certainly got it! I even have leftovers for lunch today. This is my favorite Pollo Loco, and it ranks in my top 10 fast food restaurants of 2020!
We ordered online but were unable to pick up our food ourselves. When we arrived at the location, the staff insisted we were at the wrong place. Eventually, they found our order after realizing they had misheard the name. However, we soon discovered that they hadn't given us everything we paid for. When we tried to call to address the issue, no one answered. We spent hours trying to get in touch with them and are still waiting for a response from the company.

The experience was disappointing, and the staff was rude. We ordered salads, but they didn’t inform us that they were out of dressings. When our salads arrived, I asked for dressing and was told they had none. I questioned why they didn’t let us know when we ordered, instead of waiting until we received the salads. To make matters worse, the chicken in the salad was burned. We won’t be returning to this restaurant.
Horrible experience the employees are rude. We ordered salads and they didn't tell us they did not have any dressing for them. So when we got them and I asked for some they said they didn't have any. I asked why didn't they tell us when we said we wanteda salad instead of telling us AFTER we got them. If that was not bad enough the chicken in the salad was burnt. We will nevercome back to this location.
The facilities are clean and well lit and the employees work. The foods are sufficiently expensive and the portions are appropriate. The salads and salsa are fresh and the menu has a good choice. Overall, this is a place that I would revisit and collect over the vast majority of Fast Food restaurants.
We ordered 16 pieces of chickens, but they didn't give the full 16. In addition, each of the tortillas/tipps had to be asked for the tortillas, and they did not even give the full amount we requested. We were in different places and gave ourselves more. I don't think we'll return to this place.

It was disappointing that the dining room was not open. Cashier said they didn't have enough help to open it. We got the 2 people chicken flour and took it home. Macaroni and cheese side was quite small for 2 people, but the Broccoli was sufficient. Overall a good meal for the price.
45 minutes after ordering my food from this place only waited to find out that they are closed, although it means they are open until 10 a.m. on Saturdays. It's 8:00. I'll never be back.
