El Pollo Loco - Réservation de table

I ordered the new shredded beef has two orders with no onions of course after asking are you sure they had no onions when the gentleman handed them to me they all four had onions when I got home so I drove back and try to tell them they got my order wrong with onions. She said she had no idea orders without onions but if I wanted you can make them for me but I had to wait through the drive-thru line again. In the end getting out Pollo Loco took me in 1 hour and a half. I waited in a Drive-Thru line twice for an incorrect order this is ridiculous

We placed a large to-go order for a birthday celebration, and I must say, our order was taken and prepared quite quickly. Everything tasted wonderful and was packaged nicely. However, we were a bit disappointed when we requested pico de gallo and received the house salsa instead, which was quite mild and just had extra cilantro. Pico de gallo definitely has a lot more flavor!

Second time I come here, where I make my way up to order in the car, and they'll inform me that they don't have chickens. This is the only reason to come. 2 stars because, although I had to wait on the journey through the line and was wasting my time, they were polite not to get the only item. Am I back?

Love El pollo loco! We always get the 10 PC family meal. Comes with chicken that's done to perfection on the grill, tortillas, and 2 sides (we get corn and pinto beans). The green salsa and pico salsa are fantastic! Feeds my family of 4 for around $20! We make our own tacos at home. Réservez une table maintenant

They consistently do an excellent job with high standards. We used to visit their other location on Warner, across from Home Depot in Huntington, but since it closed, we've been coming to the Beach location. It's much better! Let's keep this unexpected blessing going!

I really enjoy this restaurant. It's unfortunate that the location in Golden West had to close, but we're happy it's now in the city. The food is delicious, and having the sauces served on the side is a nice touch. We'll definitely be dining here again.

No salsa bar? No salsa with my order. It took 20 minutes for a Burrito and 2 Churros. A chorro had hardly any cinnamon on it and the second chorro had no cinnamon. Will never be here again...

Everything was enjoyable, but there was no dressing for the salad and the chicken was overcooked.
