We just visited this restaurant for the first time, and it was fantastic! I've always passed by and loved the wonderful aroma, but I never stopped in until now. I went with my mother and wife, who convinced me to roll down the windows so they could smell it too. The staff here is incredibly friendly, the food is delicious, and the place is spotless—even the restrooms are impressively clean! The chicken was exceptional, and we also tried the guacamole and chips, which were amazing. If I could, I would give them 10 stars; they truly deserve it! Cynthia was quite rude, telling me I needed to wait because they were redoing my order. Meanwhile, other customers who came in after me were being served. I understand it can get busy, but Cynthia didn't even apologize for the mix-up. When I kindly asked for extra salsa, she claimed I would have to purchase more, even though they only provide three small cups of red and green salsa per order.
If the owner wants to retain customers, they need to hire staff with better customer service skills and eliminate the rude attitudes. While I recognize this feedback may go unheeded, I will not be returning. I've decided that I've had enough of this place.
Been a customer for over 5 years and quality is going downhill these past few months. Chicken is dry and small now with no carbon flavor anymore. Paid more for breast and wing and specified no leg at all, got home and got two half thighs and burnt leg. I never post bad reviews but this time I'm done. I'll be back to pollo loco instead.

Food and price was amazing. Highly recommend. We got the family meal deal and it was a lot of food. Very yummy will return. Recommend the carnitas, weird but they were good. They weren't all dry!
We ordered the 8-piece meal, which came with refried beans, rice, and flour tortillas. It tasted so delicious that we returned the very next day for more! Food rating: 5/5.
