Estuvimos sólo aparece en para una comida rápida como habíamos conducido a Interlaken desde Francia. Creíamos que habíamos te facilitan mucho las cosas, ya que estábamos cansados y pedimos algo de comida en el restaurante Seehotel que se llamaba elementos. Me quedé totalmente impresionada con el perfecto servicio y ambiente tranquilo en este encantador restaurante con vistas al lago de la las montañas cubiertas de nieve. Elegí el bistec orgánico local con mostaza corteza y caramelo risotto con vainilla. Me quedé impresionado con la calidad de la carne y como yo vivo en Uruguay mis gustos de carne son excelentes. El propietario explicó que se trataba de un rebaño orgánica en Suiza y que tomó muchas precauciones para asegurarse de que su carne era 100% orgánico y no transigir. No se requiere ni siquiera el hotel le informara a ellos figuras ventas para asegurarse de que nadie intenta comercializar su carne con otro producto. Sólo un super buena comida a buen precio en un entorno encantador y un gran servicio. volveré a esta carne nuevamente.
We were just popping in for a quick meal as we'd driven over to Interlaken from France. We thought we'd just make things easy as we were tired and ordered some food at the SeeHotel restaurant which was called Elements. I was absolutely shocked at the perfect service and quiet ambience in this lovely restaurant looking out over the lake to the snow covered mountains. I choose the local organic steak with mustard crust and caramel risotto with vanilla. I was just stunned at the quality of the meat and as i live in Uruguay my meat tastes are excellent. The owner explained that this was from an organic herd in Switzerland and they took many precautions to make sure their meat was 100% organic and never compromised. They would even require the hotel to report back to them sales figures to make sure no one would try to market their meat with an other product. Just a super well priced meal in a lovely setting and great service. I will be back for this steak again.
