Wanted a great meal and some ambiance haven 't been to Embers since before the pandemic. Was told then that they were expanding and remodeling Embers. I was excited to visit again. Embers is now downstairs in the old Tiwa buffet location by the hotel. If you have never visited Embers Steakhouse before, the open visible floor plan would probably seem ok. But I miss the private setting the upscale decor the patio balcony the big bar as well as the water fire decor features. The only change I saw to the Tiwa location was that they dimmed the lights made the salad bar an artwork display. With a much larger dining capacity. It no longer felt 'special ' or fancy. Now, I understand that this is a steakhouse, but if you're specializing in beef, you really should be able to serve a decent burger every time. I ordered a burger, but it arrived dry and without any condiments. Who, after the age of 12, eats a dry burger? I requested ketchup and mustard, as well as some for the steak fries. After a long wait—just about the time the eight other people in our party finished their meals—I finally managed to catch someone’s attention for the condiments. This dining experience was absolutely amazing from the time we sat down and our fantastic waiter Sparky came up to our table, took our order, we had drinks, dinner, and dessert. He was super attentive to our every request. Our food arrived one of us ordered the Prime Rib special, cooked to our specified tenderness perfectly! We also ordered the Seabass with Risotto which was also cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious! The entire evening was completely fabulous!

A ribeye steak with a baked potato and vegetables costs around $35, and it was the best steak I've ever had! I ordered a boneless ribeye cooked medium well, along with a baked potato and a side of asparagus and carrots. I also had a wedge salad topped with blue cheese. After mentioning that it was my birthday, they surprised me with a small cake and a candle. It was such a wonderful experience! Réservez une table maintenant

It's not worth the money! We were given menus that didn't list all of the available entrees. Order the ribeye steak medium rare. It came out medium well. The steak had a huge chunk of gristle running through it. There were 2 asparagus spears on the plate that were so fibrous and woody that you could only eat at most ⅓ of the spear.

I visited on Sunday evening, September 28, 2021, and we absolutely loved everything we ordered! The bread, the vegetables, and the prime rib were all fantastic, but the grilled lobster was the highlight! We can't wait to come back for another amazing meal. A big thumbs up to the chef on duty that night!

The dinner was wonderful; I ordered the skirt steak, and it was cooked perfectly, accompanied by fresh vegetables. However, the service was a bit slow, even though there weren't many customers in the restaurant. The food did arrive quickly, but the waitstaff seemed to take their time.

Stayed at the hotel for four days and had dinner here each night. Simply the best seafood and beef entrees that I have had in a while. Hats off to Chef Richard and to Penny our lovely server those 4 nights. Keep up the great work! Réservez une table maintenant

The wait staff were on top of it! 1st class service. Expect to pay a bit for your dinner but you will not be disappointed.
