I highly recommend the pork buns and dumplings at Emperor Dumpling—they were incredibly delicious and very affordable for NYC. Two pork buns cost less than $10, and I believe the dumplings were about the same price. The service was professional, excellent, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. I enjoy their dumplings, but the pricing seems a bit unclear. I ordered dumplings listed at $10.25, with an additional $1 for pan-frying and $1.07 tax, which should have totaled $12.32.
