I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The delivery driver mistakenly dropped my food off at the wrong location and then falsely claimed he handed it to me directly. To make matters worse, he sent me a photo of the food left on a door handle of a business that isn't even close to my address. I spent two and a half hours calling them for help, only to receive the runaround. They mistakenly told me that the manager was on her way, but instead, two guys showed up with my food that had been picked up from the wrong address, and it was cold. So tonight my husband ordered from what I perceive is a new Chinese restaurant in Bethlehem called Empire Chen after they dropped off menus in our complex. The food took an hour to arrive, which I wasn’t totally hung up on as they might still be working the kinks out but then we opened the bag. My husband ordered Egg Foo Young and they did not include any gravy with it. They did return with the gravy although by then food was cold and they literally gave him like a quarter cup if that. So basically he ate dry egg. Then I order pork fried rice to which we find a hair in the food. See pic below. I have blonde hair my husband is bald. We call and basically they tell us to F off. Since when do they put broccoli in with spare ribs???? Bought a qt but had a bed of broccoli on the bottom to make it look full! Spent over $60 with a $10 tip to drive 5 blocks! I got chicken tso(qt , chicken broccoli (qt pepper steak with onions (qt and the spare ribs( qt which was NOT a qt because of broccoli!!!! I have to say it was good food but don’t like being deceived by broccoli!!!! Need to feed my four teen age boys!
this food was absolutely disgusting. spent almost $30.00 for only white rice , sesame chicken and lo mein. the food i got was so dry and the customer service was so deficient that i got hung up on. after calling back i was disrespected and denied a refund when i did not get what i paid for. definitely will NOT be ordering again.

We ordered from here and initially, they messed up the order. After they fixed it I noticed that there was hair in the food. I called to complain, and they said they would not do anything about it. They provide horrible service and are not clean. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER !!!!!!
This food was highly disgusting and truly dry. Dispatchers hung up on me and multiple times i was turned down for a refund. I wanted sesame chicken only to be soonly be served ORANGE CHICKEN. if i could give zero star i most definitely would. I will NOT be ordering again.
The most reliable Chinese take out in town! You know what you're getting when you order, and it is tasty, cheap, and satisfying. Thank you for having our order ready to go record time, every single time! 10 minutes!
The family that owns/works here is very friendly. They did get swamped with orders while I was there but they tried their hardest with getting orders made. The food here is delicious

Small portions of meat and the fried rice is very dry and bland. Boneless Ribs were super fatty. Definitely won't be ordering from here again unfortunately.
