I was at a wedding so it is difficult to value without knowing the prices and without living the “normal” experience of eating there. But everything I loved, even things that don't get me. the site of the beautiful wedding (in some vineyards with very beautiful views,) the spacious and modern place, with large windows. the service very correct. always attentive and with the right moments. and the food. one of the cocktail to the main ones we ate sitting, all with a touch of “different”. It's worth trying on a special occasion because cheap, of course, it's not.
no doubt for innovation, treatment, product, kitchen, etc. the best kitchen of the year. from the arch-known menu I highlight the loft with a clover and oyster with coffee background. the soft shell crab, exceptional texture, prefer it with a more thai sauce with spicy. Pig handcuffs maybe too greasy. the highest level, deserved star and appropriate price. if I thought I saw on the tables around better, bigger cups and a thinner glass. Don't they put the same cup depending on the price of the wine?
Second time we go and we'll be back. Superb tasting of Michelin star dishes at a reasonable price. We went with children and having the option “without wine pairing” allows you to adapt the experience to what you need. It's a good thing to see them work in the kitchen.
