I've seen a lot of family style diners close over the years but I'm so glad Fast Betty's is around. Walking in there feels like you're entering the 50's. All the memorabilia on the walls make for great conversation which the owner is always happy to engage in. You don't feel like you're at a restaurant. I travel frequently throughout MA for work and I always stop at local diners for breakfast. On this particular day, my travels brought me in the vicinity of this location. I should add that in the days before I had a pancake from a popular diner in the Cape and it was terrible and french toast from a diner in Boston also terrible, so I had no expectations going into this place.I ordered a simple meal of a couple of eggs and a order of french toast and it was great. Nice and hot. I was absolutely impressed with the french toast! It 's topped with some type of sweet, buttery spread. I highly recommend.
I absolutely love this place. I hadn't been there in quite a while and was pleasantly surprised . It was like stepping back into time with the beautiful decorations!! The owner, Mike, was so much fun to talk to and very entertaining!! The food was frigging AMAZING!! It was top notch food in the city of Brockton. I had homemade angel hair pasta, sauce and chicken parm that was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. My partner had a half rack of ribs that melted in my mouth!!!!! I visited this restaurant for the first time, and I was truly impressed. The atmosphere is charming, with plenty of interesting things to look at. If you're a fan of antiques, this spot is a must-visit. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Mike, the owner, shared some fascinating stories about the antique pieces displayed in the restaurant. I highly recommend this place! There's plenty of parking available both behind the restaurant and along the street.

Cool diner 50’s theme. Food was delicious but the only thing I did not like was the grits. The staff are very nice and accommodating. I will definitely return.
