Fat Cardinal made our wedding cake and it was absolutely tremendous! Delicious flavor for the cake that matched exactly what we asked for, and the frosting was incredible. We sent them a picture of a design we liked and they matched it so well, it was beautiful. We got compliments all night about the cake's flavor and design, and we enjoyed the leftovers every night for a week after!
I ordered two cakes for my wedding: a three-tier beach-themed wedding cake and an 8-inch carrot cake. Both were not only delicious but also beautifully made. Many guests asked where I got my cakes and complimented how tasty they were. I highly recommend Fat Cardinals for all your bakery needs!
This is one of the best bakeries I've ever visited. Their coconut raspberry pie is outstanding. Everything I've tasted has been amazing. My sister particularly enjoyed the pumpkin whoopie pie.
