The staff is quite efficient, especially considering how busy it usually gets. After reading some other reviews, it seems they have improved their service, as I haven't encountered any issues during my visits. However, I would advise against going in right after school, as it tends to be crowded with kids. They can be quite loud and discourteous. I even witnessed a couple arguing, and while the situation was tense, both were involved.
The food at this restaurant is consistently good, and I always get discounts using the app. The customer service can be inconsistent, with wait times for food varying between 5 and 15 minutes. However, the location is very convenient, being next to a bus stop and just a block or two from the train station. Dine-in options are available, and there is a restroom that is free to use without any purchase necessary.
The cashiers were really unprofessional. One of them spoke to me in a rude manner, and when I received my order, they forgot to include the Coca-Cola. When I went to address the issue, the guy just walked away to talk on the phone, so I had to explain the situation to another employee.
if there was an opportunity to give NO stars, I would. verrrry poor customer service. bad presentation of Essendirty lobby always this place must be completely closed and start with new employees because everything is sucking over there right now! Réservez une table maintenant
I love this restaurant. I always have a wonderful time. The staff is friendly and I enjoy playing the various games available. It makes me feel like a kid again!
The food was fantastic, the service was outstanding, and the company of friends made the experience even more enjoyable.
