Favorite Chicken Ribs

Ordered food today at 6.10pm and was advised (through Uber) it would arrive no later than 50mins after order. After 1 hour of waiting I rang favourite to be told they are busy and will be another 10 mins. My food arrived at 7.50pm, so took 1 hour 40mins to get to me! And with no surprise it was stone cold and the whole order was thrown in the bin as was inedible! Another family member had ordered the day before and said it had taken nearly and hour and half for delivery through their website but thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt! How wrong I was! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE....!!!!! They sell out of date food ....continuesly re-heated...mouldy rolls ....dry 2 day old chicken....re-cooked chips...the lettuce was old dark and just plain nasty.....when i kicked off (my right as a consumer/customer) i was told to f**k off by the horrible little girl behind the counter, i will be reporting them to the local traiding standards and food helth and safety hygine standards....... disgusting company/franchise and disgusting staff who clearly need to learn a lot about retail.

Went in to order last night , they had 3 men front of house Asian all talking in their language while we waited and a white man working at the far back getting the chicken out of the ovens , thats why we was waiting . it was very unprofessional and rude and they should be speaking English , the chips were not that nice and nor the chicken , i would not go back .

We had a takeaway from here this evening and there was part missing on our order. Mis communication it seems. However after calling them, they then delivered a fresh order to our home with a full new meal. Top marks and good to see a decent caring business in Stevenage. We ordered our meal through Just eats and were given a delivery time of 8.35pm....food arrived at 9.15...if i had known it was going to take that long I would not have bothered ordering !!! Food arrived cold so had to reheat not happy at all !!!!

Quick delivery even to the next town along the food was piping hot and the order was correct even though we placed a detailed order. We were very impressed and will definitely be ordering from here again soon.

Had one last night ordered at 11 PM turned up at 12:10. Driver polite friendly. Food was cold never seems to be fresh and hot no care to maintain the warmth of food.

Tasty and quick never been disappointed, parking can be a bit awkward but worth a visit for small hassle .
