My boyfriend and I expected this restaurant to be a great dining spot, but we ended up very disappointed. When our food came, the noodles were undercooked and didn’t have the right texture at all. They didn’t taste fresh, almost as if they had been left out for some time. The staff kindly prepared another plate for us, but it was just as bad. The flavor was off, and my boyfriend, a big spaghetti fan, hardly ate his meal. I’m honestly surprised this place is still open.
I take my friend’s mother, who has dementia, to Fazoli’s (restaurant number 1692) every week, and Tammie always makes the experience delightful. She is incredibly kind and patient with us, and she has memorized our order for months, allowing me to leave Judy at the table without worry for too long. Tammie has made this restaurant our favorite spot, and we will always return because of her.
The prices have increased, but the portion sizes remain quite small—you definitely won't leave feeling full with their tiny servings. If they're going to charge higher prices, the portions should reflect that. I don't think they'll maintain the same customer base they once had.
Every time we visit Fazoli's, the food and service never fail to impress. The prices are very affordable, and the quality is excellent. Their breadsticks surpass those found at high-end Italian restaurants—absolutely outstanding! Réservez une table maintenant
