This place is tucked out of the way down an alley, so you're almost not sure if you're going to the right place, but it has a bright green door. The place is packed with plants and has a cool branch chandelier. We were a party of six and tried everything on the menu. It was a lot of food, but worth it. Their menu changes pretty regularly, so I don't know if I'm remembering everything we tried.Must tries: scallop tostada, beef tartare, cheddar cornbread, spring green cavatelli. These were excellent. Don't let the alley entrance or the grungy decor deter you. What really matters at this restaurant is the food. And let me tell you, the food here is one-of-a-kind, enjoyable, and delectable. The menu features creative twists on familiar dishes, like Cheddar Scallion Cornbread with miso butter. It's not like any cornbread you've had before, but it's absolutely delicious. We also tried the Tomato Tart and Monkfish Schnitzel, both of which were fantastic. We sat at the bar, with a view of the kitchen, and our server was fantastic. Give this place a shot - you won't be disappointed.
We love stopping here when we're in Boston. The food and service are always top notch and the ambience is great as well. Parking can be tough so get there a little early. Here's a food rundown:Field Green Salad: great to start with, fresh lettuce and great textures.Cheddar Jalapeno Cornbread: this is so good. It's the dish you'll remember most. LOVED field and vine!!! The vibe was so cute with beautiful decor and a plant wall, it wasn't too loud, and the wait staff was very kind. Our server had great recommendations and we loved everything we had!The menu is super seasonal so everything you get is super fresh they even had ramps!!! My favorites were the scallop tostada and the spring green cavatelli. Definitely will be coming back when the seasons change to try a new menu!

This was the best food/service experience I've had in the Boston area. Went for a work dinner with colleagues and the server made a suggestion list of what we should have and adjusted for dietary preferences. We ordered based on his recs and everything came out fantastic. I felt genuinely cared for as if I was visiting a good friends home for dinner. It made our night memorable and the food was outstanding. Can't wait to go back.
Amazing ambiance, attentive staff, and creative food! I think the only thing I’d change about it would be to reduce the amount of sauce in each dish, as it feels overwhelming at times, making some dishes heavier or hiding their more subtle flavors. Otherwise, I always have an amazing experience when I come to this cozy, beautiful place.
This place is definitely worth visiting. We had a great experience and immediately booked a table to bring our family. I really recommend the bar seating as you get to see the food prepared, which was really cool. The lamb shoulder and the sweet potato are my choice. The cevice was also really good.Food: 4/5
Some of the dishes like the scallop and lamb was amongst the best I have had truly blown away. Everything else was at minimum good. Atmosphere is great and a really nice aesthetic. Service is great too. Absolutely recommend and is an absolute gem. Ingredients are high quality.Food: 5/5
