Fink's Bbq Smokehouse

I'm looking for great BBQ in New Jersey and finally found it in Finks! I can honestly say that I tried some BBQ restaurants in New Jersey. Finks has the best BBQ hands down! Since my first trip to Texas in 2008 I've been looking for and it took me 8 years to find Finks. When I came in, I knew I was a leak because of the smoke odor. It was not overwhelming, but as a smoker I smelled the wealth of the wood used. I had the Pit Sampler and the pulled pig together with the chopped beef compliment the star of this plate, The star were the ribs! These ribs had a beautiful bark from the beautiful rub also the bite was perfect as the ribs were cooked for perfection. If you are in Dumont, please go to Finks for a great BBQ. Next time I have to go on the day Thaler serve Brisket.

If you are reading this you must be asking yourself what?s a New Yorker know about BBQ food ? Well, originally traveling from North Carolina (Go Heels)! It was very challenging to find even a good spot for BBQ food. But let me tell you Finks is incredible, we went on a Saturday and we?re lucky enough to be served by Jason. The service was impeccable and the food was flavorful and the meat fall off the bone juicy. We also dabbled in a few appetizers of which the wings wereone of my fave (Smokey BBQ). The main course was presented the way I would expect a Texas restaurant to serve a family member. Overall wonderful time and I hope you get a chance to try it!

One of the best bbq I've ever had the end cut beef was so tender that you hardly need a knife, since bbq sauce is sweet and tangie and we are balanced. Your Cole Slav was one when the best I had when you were looking for an authentic bbq Fink is definitely the place to go.

Finally found a local spot for barbecue! Been here for takeout twice now and it's a hearty meal to bring home. Definitely check them out on social media for the daily specials. The sides are delicious and complement the entrees so well.

Food is delicious we had the ribs and chicken....very good. If you like spicy greens...definitely order it and the corn souffle was good too. Our server was helpful and attentive.
