We decided to give this restaurant a chance, and we're so glad we did! The food was absolutely amazing—delicious and full of flavor. The staff were incredibly friendly, making our experience even better. The portion sizes were generous, so you definitely won't leave hungry. We're from California, and we'll be returning every time we're in town. My husband, who is originally from Chicago, also loved the food!
I am leaving this review 8/31/2019. Please don't confuse them either old owners. These new owners will fix your order if it's wrong or you don't like it to me that means he is a fantastic owner. The people that work for him are as sweet as could be. Hurry up bring your friends and family I promise you will not be disappointed .. He has great deals too, there is something for everyone
I still make the two-hour drive to Firehouse in Chicago because it’s absolutely worth it. I love the food, the staff, and the whole experience is simply outstanding. I would give this place a 10 out of 10 without hesitation. I want to come back for more because it’s just that good. Make sure to ask for Evette when you visit; she really knows her stuff and provides excellent service!
I love you! Here. Honestly, the best sandwich I've ever had. No doubt. If you come here (what you should) you will not regret it. I promise you. The staff is super friendly and their food portions are large and cheap. It is super clean and professional. Very hygienic. These new owners are so much better than the last. Came here for the first time to order food for my family and everything was delicious! I loved the boneless bbq wings they have way more flavor than wingstop and we will definitely be coming back. The grilled chicken sandwich was also so good definitely recommend this restaurant. The crew is very helpful and patient.
A great value, surprisingly delicious and completely satisfied! The burger was great, fries were fresh and you can't beat the price! I would definitely come again to try the chicken and Italian beef and would definitely recommend this place for a quick lunch! FCS is doing it right!
