Firegrill - Downtown

Thought the servings were too big, would have preferred a 5 or 6 oz filet mignon on the menu, 8 was the smallest, the best steakhouses understand that a steak can be hard to digest, thus the option of smaller sizes. Would have also liked to see better choices for vegetables as sides. Having said all that, the food was good and the service was excellent with a good choice of wine and cocktails. Would go again but probably order something different off the menu.

Eating was not the best and the service was acceptable we ordered the steak that was well tasted but hard. on the other side was the gravur yummy of the salmon was bred salmon. so they do not have this natural beautiful pink color, plus the fact that the flesh on it had a lot fat the taste of the tiramisu was quite bland. it is obvious that it is not much mascarpone in it. the divinity of a tiramisu is the mascarpone!

The location of the restaurant is excellent because we had a reservation at the Hotel Cantlie and we were going to see a concert at the Bell Centre. The service and atmosphere was excellent. The service offered by the server was impecable. The meals were delicious and we had not waited long to receive our supper. We recommend it!

4 of us enjoyed a nice time. Not really top of the line steakhouse but good enough. More of a fun family atmosphere than a romantic. My Rib steak was thinner than I prefer and a bit grizzly. Flavor was very good though. Not disappointed that we ate here but might try another place next time.

I had the prime rib roast beef and it was very very good. One of the best I ever had, tasted AAA, tender, juicy, spiced perfectly slowly roasted. Service was top notch, the place is nice. Great downtown location, moderate prices, awesome place for ribs also.

the first time in the city of montreal. it was 3 minutes walk from our hotel. everything was great, from greeting at the door until our server was very attentive and great! eating was also great! we cannot wait to return :

The meat was cooked to order. It was good, could be better, since it had some sinew and nerve pieces. I would prefer if it was cleaned before.

We had a nice dinner, the wine was very good, the meat was very tender and tasty, we really enjoyed our family dinner.

The Manhattan peppercorn steak have quite a lot of silver skin in it which made it unchewable
