Firehouse Subs - Réserver une table

Previously, Firehouse Subs at this location had a fantastic array of hot sauces that you could fill mini-dip cups with. However, when I visited the store today to order two subs, I was disappointed to discover that all the hot sauces were missing. I was informed that they had been removed during Covid, which I can comprehend. However, we are no longer under Covid restrictions, so it is time to bring them back. This absence of sauces is disheartening as it was the selection of sauces to dip my sub in that enticed me to visit more frequently than the average person. The sandwich I had was really moist and unappetizing. It was so bad that I almost vomited. The sandwich I ordered had ham, cheese, extra cheese, even more cheese, tomatoes, bacon, cheese, and about 16 different sauces. The only positive thing about this whole ordeal was that the sandwich was only $12.32.

We visit this restaurant frequently, and the employees working on May 9th around 6:30 were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I want to acknowledge how amazing they are, even though I don't know their names. They deserve recognition for their outstanding service.

The customer service at this restaurant is top-notch! We were pleasantly surprised to be given the option to customize our sub, something we had never experienced before. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. As for the subs, they were as delicious as ever.

The food is consistently delicious at this restaurant. It would be helpful if there was an option to leave notes on an Uber Eats order. I usually have to call the restaurant after placing my order to request only half the portion of deli meat.
