I was disappointed with my last lunch here. The service has expired and the sandwiches are sloppy. Two of me were wrong last time. The NIE app works, and it is extremely frustrating. Also not all topping options come online. At least when I order online, there is less a chance for them to screw it up. Every time I log in or ordered it, there's a problem. I even went beyond the survey and still need to be contacted to solve the problem. I just gave up. Take your money somewhere else if you can.
Best sandwich connection in town. The staff is well trained. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Great atmosphere. Love food every time.

We both have the Steak cheese. It was so good! We have the size so we can have half now. So much healthier than a burger!
Waited over 30 minutes for one stinking sandwich. Crew didn’t even look up to acknowledge the slow service.
