I placed an online order at 12:42 PM and was told it would be ready for pick-up in 15 minutes. However, I didn't receive my food until 1:33 PM, and it was just a simple meatball sub. The restaurant was dirty, and there was no ice available in the soda machine. The manager was initially helpful, but once a third staff member arrived, they went to the back, leaving the other two employees to make sandwiches at a snail's pace. Customers who ordered in-store seemed to wait about an hour for their food. I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel it’s important for people to know that they should expect long wait times if they order from this Firehouse Subs location.
I've had multiple disappointing experiences at this restaurant, where I've consistently received cold food that is always incorrect. In fact, I've never gotten a correct order from them. I've tried ordering in various ways, including online, and today was no exception. Although all my requests were listed on the receipt, they were completely ignored. Every sandwich I received was cold and piled high with unwanted ingredients. I even arrived early to pick them up, so there's no excuse for the mistakes. My business will never spend another dime on their overpriced cafeteria sandwiches. I suggest firefighters remove their name from this chain immediately!
I was really disappointed with my experience. The portion of meat in my sandwich was far too small. I spent an additional $2.60 for gluten-free bread on a medium sandwich that was supposed to include pastrami and corned beef, and I requested extra cheese, but there was no cheese at all. To make matters worse, a quarter of the sandwich was empty. I paid $50 for two sandwiches, two bags of chips, and two cookies, and half of the sandwiches were practically devoid of filling. I won’t be coming back—this was unacceptable. As a chef, I find this situation quite insulting.

Unfortunately, there was only a quarter of the amount of meat I expected. The bread was somewhat crispy, but it didn't make up for the lack of meat. Given the high price, I feel it was a poor value. I won't be ordering from there again, even though it was once one of my favorite places to eat.

I had the worst experience at this Firehouse Subs location. Having just moved to the area, I was excited to try the Smokehouse Beef Cheddar Brisket, a sandwich I love. However, there was barely any meat on my sub—about a quarter of what I expected. The bread also tasted stale and was crumbly. I'll never order from here again. I'm really disappointed, especially given the price and how much I used to enjoy this place.
The food was decent, but not exceptional. I think the reason for this was that the restaurant was extremely busy and understaffed. I had to wait 45 minutes during the lunch rush. However, I have to commend the few employees who were working; they managed to handle the pressure remarkably well.
There was only two of us that ordered it took twenty five minutes 1 sandwich. Also the person that was making the sandwich Took a tip from a customer and didn't change his gloves Also, the bathroom had no soap. Don't know what happened to this place. Used to be great when the owner was here.
The sandwiches here are fantastic, but the service was quite slow. The staff wore earbuds, the drink machine was out of order, and there seemed to be an issue with the drainage as well. I couldn't help but wonder where the management was during all this.
