Firehouse Subs Middleton Court

Obviously, they cannot follow directions or execute orders correctly and actually give you what you have paid. Update: My last visit before today, the Starkville, MS Firehouse has completely grounded my order. I was told that my next order would be free. I call today to use my free order for lunch, and the guy I spoke to on the phone was unclear and had no idea what I was talking about. During my previous communication with this store, the guy on the phone was was wasting my time to set up everything in the system for my free sandwich, and now I'm calling today and there's nothing in the system. This place is a joke and it's my intention to never do business with them again. HORRIBLE custome...

The restaurant employees didn?t greet us as we entered into the location. We received our order last even though we were the first to enter into the restaurant. The sandwiches were bland and the bread was hard/stale. We will definitely not revisit this location.Next time, we will visit Jersey Mikes and hopefully we will have a much better experience.

This sandwich chain won me over in while I lived in Florida. All the ingredients are super fresh and service is always great even when they're busy. I completely stopped eating at any subway restaurants after eating at a firehouse subs.

The first time that Firehouse and it was a delicous great experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Visit the next time I'm in the area.
