Placed a mobile order for a simple sandwich with a ton of Add on's (because Veggies and Pickled Items Rock. And I asked for an additional sidestitch and hoped for an additional quarter of pimples. I went in 5 minutes before my expected ordering period because they were not busy and my order was ready and waiting. I was warmly welcomed, my order was picked up, thanked and went to the employee. When I came into my car, I looked into my HUGE bag and saw that there was a small container and there had 5 pimple discs JACKPOT!! Great food, great service and great staff! They also donate fire trucks that are local in every restaurant!

Thanks for the wonderful customer service and friendliness. After being told to leave Jimmy johns for not wearing a mask i went to firehouse subs where I was treated with respect. I felt good about buying sandwiches for my family of five. Great kidsworking hard. There was no business at Jimmy johns but there was a line at firehouse. Tells you everything

I got sick from the Cheddar-Brisket sandwich at the Incense House, and I usually enjoy most things. The only thing worse was the cold tuna from Subway.
