Went for Sunday breakfast arriving at 9am ish with no reservation. The place was busy. No table available so we put our name down and ordered a takeaway coffee. After a slight table rearrangement we were able to be seated quite quickly. We ordered the smashed avo with a side of mushrooms and a Mediterranean breakfast. Really really nice, tasty, and presented well. The coffee bean, Toby’s Estate, one of our favourites was awesome. The decor was warm and inviting wooden table settings and old ship styling. We are looking forward to coming back. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a lovely morning.
I have been here a few times of late as hubby is having his boat worked on, I don't get out this way much from Broadbeach, but I have to say I am impressed! They are literally so nice and friendly and the meals I have to say I cant fault them, I did not expect good quality food like that out at the boat works. Each time I have been in the last few weeks has been great, crab burger is amazing A whole crab! Salads that are so yum and have a care to them, rather than its just a salad and chucked together like a lot of restaurants in town. Nice staff with no attitude!
The restaurant was quite busy, and the staff were working diligently, so be prepared for longer wait times. The food is delicious and well-presented, indicating that the chefs are doing a great job. However, some better management would help streamline operations and reduce the stress on the hardworking staff. While the impact of COVID is certainly a factor, I still plan to return. The location is fantastic, the ambiance is beautiful, the food is great, and it really captures the feel of the Florida Keys.
The staff here are absolutely fantastic! They are very friendly and offer true table service—what a delight! The food is excellent, with a wonderful selection of salads and meats, and the coffee is freshly ground and brewed to perfection, complete with a lovely heart on top. Thank you for providing us with great service over the past two years!

This charming little cafe is a fantastic spot for lunch. I loved the decor, and the food and wine were both excellent. The service was great, and I couldn't resist grabbing a cappuccino to finish off my meal. It's a shame it poured rain outside, but the overall ambiance was enjoyable and fun.
Got the Moreton Bay Bug Rolls I thought it would be similar to another bug roll that I've had on the coast. Unfortunately it wasn't comparable. The chips were delicious though and everyone else seemed to enjoy their meal!
Chelsea was awesome in planning our lovely anniversary lunch. All staff were friendly, happy and so sweet. Lots of cute touches. Highly recommend The Galley. Thank u so much ladies.
The food was fantastic, I will definitely be returning. If this restaurant is wheelchair accessible, I will bring a friend with me next time.
