I thought there was a good selection on the menu so I was initially impressed. Great view. Husband order Fried Fish and Friend chicken combo, first chicken piece came out burnt and inedible. Can?t believe any chef would put it on a plate! The longerwe spent there, the more I was pestered by dozens of flies INSIDE the restaurant. It is certainly expected at certain times ofthe year to battle insects in WI, but to have this many flies in October made me wonder about general cleanliness and I lost myappetite.
Was pretty good service for a Saturday. We only stepped in for drinks, but the view of the lake adds to the ambiance, and the time of the year. Out hiking at Gibraltar Rock along with a couple hundred of my closest friends...after that the takeaway waswe needed a drink or two to unwind.
Quintessential Wisconsin on-the-lake restaurant where locals and tourists are drawn for good food, entertainment, and relaxing beside the scenic lakeside. We split haddock cakes, baked potato salad bar and walked away completely satisfied.
Our party of 4 had a great night at Fitz's. The food waitstaff were great! We live within 30 miles and hadn't been there in years but will definitely make the effort. The lakeside location is beautiful shouldn't be missed.

Really cool atmosphere, beautiful lake views, good food. Been there twice and, both times, our server David was fantastic friendly, helpful, attentive, personable, and competent. Definitely recommend.
I've spent years looking for the best fish fry in Wisconsin, and I finally found it at Fitz's. It was absolutely delicious! I also really enjoyed the live music by the Bushmen.
Very busy but everyone we encountered was very friendly and our server was very attentive. Highly recommend the Friday fish fry.
Had lunch with friends before a hike at Gilbraltar Rock. Service food was Excellent. Looking forward to coming back.
