The customer service here is incredibly poor. They have locked an exit, forcing customers to navigate through a construction area instead of allowing for a proper entrance to the shop. When I approached the counter to pick up my order, the staff directed me to a vague spot without any clear guidance. I ended up waiting at the pickup area, hoping to be acknowledged, but no one engaged with me. If I hadn’t asked about my order, I would still be waiting. Upon confirming that I was there to collect an order (which was already prepared, by the way), the employee at the counter chose to prioritize preparing other food items instead of completing my order first. I'm a bit surprised by the recent negative reviews. Aside from one occasion where my order was delayed by about 10 minutes, my experiences here have been consistently good. Over the past month, I’ve ordered twice, and both times the burgers were cooked exactly to my specifications. The fries were fresh, hot, and — true to Five Guys style — came in generous portions. While the customer service isn’t outstanding, I haven’t encountered the poor service others have mentioned, and it’s still better than many other local fast food options. If the food weren’t so indulgently unhealthy, I’d definitely order from here more often.
I had an excellent experience at Five Guys. The staff were incredible, and even with my complex order, they got everything perfect. They went above and beyond to ensure I was fully satisfied. Outstanding service and truly great people!
