Had a problem with my burger that the lead manager came over and fixed promptly, but the bespectacled man who took our order was passive-aggressive and very condescending. According to our receipt, apparently the man's name was Lorenzo. In the first place, Lorenzo refused to even take my order until my fiancé (who was with me) ordered her food first. Always exceptional service! I ordered takeout for dinner, and the price per person was between $30 and $50. The food was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5, just like the service and atmosphere. I highly recommend the French fries, double cheeseburger, and regular burger.

My friend and I ordered a salted caramel shake here. A couple hours later, we both got BAD food poisoning. I recommend that whoever is maintaining the shake machines to clean them regularly...they can easily develop and harbor bacteria over time... Réservez une table maintenant
