This restaurant usually earns a perfect 10/10 from me, but my recent experience on May 22, 2022, left me very disappointed. If I were the owner, I would have considered dismissing the entire staff that night. The manager seemed more concerned with closing up than with providing any level of customer service. I had placed an online order and waited over 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging me, despite the fact that the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. It felt almost intentional how the staff ignored customers while they conversed with each other. To top it off, my wrapped food was dropped on the floor, picked up, and casually returned to the bag as if nothing had happened. In the end, I left...
My wife and I walked into Five Guys at 7:58 tonight, unaware that they closed at 8:00. We were warmly greeted by Christina, who assured us that they were still open. However, one of her coworkers insisted that it was already 8:00 and they were closed, pointing to the clock in the grill area. Despite this, Christina offered to help us and even ended up serving us from the register to the grill after her coworker left. As a DM in the customer service industry, I know how rare it is to find employees like Christina who go above and beyond for customers. Thank you, Christina, for doing the right thing and providing us with exceptional service.
I do not recommend ordering by phone at this restaurant! I called to place my order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. However, when I arrived, they hadn’t even started preparing it, and my order wasn’t printed out. I had to inquire about it three times before I insisted they locate it. The staff seemed disengaged and mechanical, which earned them only one star from me. Additionally, the manager did not engage with me or check on my experience at all.
I strongly advise against ordering from this restaurant over the phone! They promised my order would be ready in 15 minutes, but when I got there, they hadn't even started it. Five Guys has become our favorite spot for delicious hamburgers. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive, the restaurant is always clean, and the food is prepared fresh and tastes fantastic. One minor complaint is that they can be a little heavy on the salt, but the fries are always exceptional. If you're looking for tasty, fresh food with generous portions, Five Guys is definitely the place to visit.
I placed an online order, and the process was smooth and effortless. I arrived at the restaurant 30 minutes early, and the manager was incredibly helpful. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and courteous! I highly recommend this location solely for the outstanding service. Thank you, everyone!
The staff at this restaurant are truly wonderful and always maintain a positive attitude. The food is outstanding and fairly priced. I particularly love the hot dogs; they are incredibly tasty. The service is efficient, and we never have to wait long for our meals.
Burgers are always amazing. Friends can be met or miss. The Shake was really good. Only until this visit was the waiting period, was much longer than normal. I had to go to the counter to get my food because they didn't call it ready.

Stopped here many times. Same great service. Always fast at getting the food done. SO many different ways you can get your hamburger. Large fries fee at least 2 people If you are buy yourself, order a small.
Recovered the door bag. Great burgers great pommes. All I'm working with are enjoyed. I'll order from here.
