I waited in line for 15 minutes only to be told that the restaurant closed at 2 PM. Even though the open sign was lit and they served everyone in front of me, they refused to serve me. Honestly, I can make better iced coffee at home. After this rude experience, I won't be going back to Flo Co.
Cassie at the Lamborn kiosk in Helena has always been outstanding. She is friendly and personable, and handles the busy pace as quickly as possible. A big shout out to Cassie for being such an excellent employee (Sunday morning, July 31st).
The service is fast and efficient, and it's fantastic that the restaurant is situated close to a gas station and a hotel, making it an ideal stop for travelers.
I got a 32 oz chocolate Chai with a caramel drizzle, needed a little more ice but that's an easy fix. Otherwise, great service and fabulous drink!! Réservez une table maintenant
The drinks at this restaurant are amazing! I had the Italian soda and the cappuccino frappe, and both were crafted perfectly.
Its not that it wasn't good or anything, it was the fact i sat in a line that NEVER MOVED for over 20 min. I was 5 cars back
The coffee was decent but a bit overcooked. However, Macy was easily the nicest person I've ever encountered.
