Lovely waitress, attentive and prompt. When asked about allergens and a shared fryer where fries may come in contact with shell fish and/or breading (2 food sensitivities in our group) was helpful in finding out important information that the fryer is shared. Unfortunately, there was no attempt on finding a suitable substitute or alternative. Also do not get the peppercorn burger. It had no flavor and tasted burnt despite being cooked medium rare. Very nice building, ambiance was super chill. Decor needed a little attention. Moulding on part of the rug was flipped up and could've caused someone to trip. Our server, Dan, was very efficient and cordial. Sizzling steak was delicious, and cooked to perfection. The combo shrimp and ribs were very tastey. Baked potato was perfect, and so fresh. I love that you have Black Cherry White Claws. I thought the small side salad at $8.50 was a bit pricey, especially since I got the sizzling steak platter.
The waitress was horrible. She took our order. Then she came back after 35 minutes and said what did you all order??? She made this experience horrible. This is ours second time her. Our first visit. Great atmosphere and our Shrimp Neapolitan with Rigatoni was excellent. I’d highly suggest this place. Moderately priced.Been back a couple of times but found the food not as excellent as the first time. But I guess as in all things you can’t expect perfection.
We have been here 4 or 5 times in the past few months and we couldn't love it more. Always choose to sit in bar area. Cozy and love the fireplace. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Food is delicious and good servings. Would recommend Four Winds to anyone.

2nd time there, not as good as the 1st. The prime rib was ok, half of it was dry as sand and tough.
