Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Freddie's has to be one of my favorite burger places to eat. The burgers are made fresh. The fries are always small and crispy. The frozen custard is not super sweet like Andys, but very yummy. The customer service is great! And this location has the old fashioned Diner feel to it. My favorite item is the patty melt with grilled onions, I also like to throw on their spicy fry sauce to kick it up a notch. I love the way they grill their patties, they have these thin, crispy edges to them that give it a little more flavor and texture. I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant for the first time and was fortunate to meet the owner, Nick. Nick was incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding me through the extensive menu. I was torn between options like the black bean burger, chicken tenders, and a hot dog, but ultimately settled on the delicious hot dog with a unique bun. I also tried their classic burger and a specialty concrete shake, both of which were fantastic. Nick not only helped me with my food choices, but also informed me about downloading the app for coupons and rewards points. It was a wonderful first experience and I look forward to coming back. I am gluten intolerant. The manager re-gloved and made sure he scooped the custard with clean scoops to prevent any cross contamination. He really went the extra mile for me today! I had never been here before but I will be coming back. The young guy that took my order was super sweet, and gave great advice about what to order. It was delicious. To me the fries alone are worth trying this place. They’re really good fries and the fry sauce was amazing. The Oreo concrete I got was also incredible. This restaurant is clean and has plenty of seating. The staff is friendly and helpful, but not overly aggressive. The food was delicious, fresh, and satisfying. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Being from the east coast, (Virginia) I was pretty impressed with the burger and fries I got here. All fresh and hot with a great taste. I can't wait to try the custard style ice cream next time.

When you ask for a lot of ketchup, you’ll get it. If you ask nicely they will hook you up, my mans gave me a double handful and asked if I needed more. Absolute legend behavior from that worker.
