The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious, and the portions are quite generous. It's one of the few spots in the area where you can genuinely enjoy clean food. The staff is wonderful as well. I encountered a technical issue today with DoorDash not matching my order, and the woman working there resolved it in such a kind and generous manner. She prepared a brand new meal for me, added some extras, and even included a complimentary raspberry green tea. Her customer service was outstanding. I visited this restaurant for the first time today while searching for a healthy option for a late lunch, drawn in by its good reviews. Upon arriving, I noticed a young female employee sitting on the counter before she hopped down to greet us. Unfortunately, her service was quite lackluster. On the other hand, a young male staff member was more personable and accommodating. As for the food, it fell short; the flavors were bland and it was mediocre at best. It's disappointing because making a decent Thai chicken wrap and a steak bowl shouldn't be too difficult. Additionally, the bathroom could use some extra cleaning. Overall, I was not impressed and will not be returning.
Tonight, I ordered a bowl that contained hard, almost raw, cold grains, undercooked black beans, and bland, brown broccoli. Chewing was a challenge because everything was so undercooked. I had to stop after just a few bites and now I'm left hungry, with no time to grab something else before my late shift. The quality of the food now feels like a stark contrast to what it used to be.
I’m afraid this may be my last visit. I really hope this feedback reaches the management.
This place is a (must go) if you're looking for a healthy option that won't empty your wallet. The dishes are plentiful and satisfying. The location is very clean and appetizing. The wraps are my favorite. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their options of dishes. There is nothing that compares to the quick, and healthy option in the area! Very refreshing! Visited here recently with my spouse and two young children and was very impressed with both the service and the food. All of the bowls my family ordered were delicious. Like the name says, Fresh Kitchen uses good fresh ingredients. I have already been recommending Fresh Kitchen to others. I look forward to stopping by again soon. Service: Dine in
I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. Although the service and atmosphere were pleasant, the food fell short. I ordered the teriyaki pork bowl, and the broccoli appeared to be old, while the pork was mushy. In the end, we opted to discard our meals and find a different place to eat.
Fresh Kitchen is absolutely delicious. I've been to the Sea Girt location several times and have loved the food every time. Everything is fresh, local, healthy, and tasty I highly recommend. 10/10 Vegetarian options: I am vegan and this place is perfect for me there are so many veggie options!
