I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received at your Calgary location on October 9, 2023, around 12:45 pm. Unfortunately, my experience was not at all satisfactory, and I feel it is important to bring these concerns to your attention.
Initially, the server who assisted me displayed a shocking lack of respect and professionalism. Her demeanor was consistently impolite and dismissive, towards both me as a customer and the delivery drivers. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and creates an unpleasant environment for all parties involved.

I would love to be able to give this restaurant more stars because I actually love their tortilla soup (SOMETIMES) it's usually inconsistent but EVERYTIME I order on skip my tub of soup isn't full it's usually almost a quarter empty to the top ? Which is absolutely ridiculous because they pack it in a pretty sturdy container and they wrap it in a bag so there's no reason it's not full. Poor management.
This is the only Freshii I go to in town, and in my opinion, it’s the best! My Bamboo Bowl is always fresh delicious, and full of flavours! The team at this store always greets you as you walk in the door, and the level of customer service and efficiency is top notch. I’ll 100% revisit Freshii on Calgary Trail!
There were no chopsticks available, and only one person working who was not very friendly. The noodles were different and not as good as those at Freshii Ontario. Overall, a disappointing experience.

I come here often after the gym and the ladies who work here are the absolute sweetest ever. just overall very kind, and have the best energy, their kindness goes a long way!
