Friendly's - Réservation de table

This American classic is located in the heart of Old Town Glen Burnie. The restaurant is very clean and offers plenty of spacious parking. The Friendly's staff lived up to the franchise reputation, greeting me with a smile and assisting me right away. The food was delightful and perfect for everyday favorites. I ordered some fries, which were crispy and hot, along with a scoop of classic coffee ice cream—both were delicious. I'll definitely be back!

Friendly's has closed in Virginia, so we decided to make a weekend trip to the location in Maryland. It was fantastic! We went as a special treat for my husband, who still craves the Reese's Pieces Sundaes that he can't find in Virginia. Without a doubt, it was the best Reese's Pieces Sundae we've ever had. Our server was amazing—friendly yet professional—and she even made the sundaes herself. Overall, it was a wonderful experience at Friendly's!

I took my daughter to Friendly's on Crain Highway to grab some takeout ice cream. Unfortunately, the guy taking my order kept asking me to repeat myself, and the music playing in the background was excessively loud, making it even harder to communicate. To make matters worse, his coworkers were equally loud. As a result, he ended up getting my ice cream order wrong. They really need to focus more on taking customer orders accurately.

I've visited this restaurant twice in the past two weeks. It's conveniently located near my home and is a classic spot for sundaes. I absolutely love their sundaes! During my first visit, the salad I had was spot on, and my niece enjoyed a flavorful burger. My grandson had chicken fingers that were large and crunchy. Plus, they have a side window for takeout ice cream, which is a nice touch! Réservez une table maintenant

It's disappointing to see Friendly's locations closing down. I took my kids there for dinner and ice cream, but unfortunately, the experience wasn't great. The fries were soggy and undercooked, and the sandwiches were missing ingredients like bacon. Additionally, the ice cream served wasn't the large size we had ordered. On a positive note, the staff were wonderful and very friendly!

At the Crain Highway location, Abbi provided attentive and friendly service that truly went above and beyond. Her welcoming personality made us feel right at home. She took our order precisely as we wanted it without needing to write anything down, which was impressive. Thank you so much, Abbi! Because of your excellent service, we will definitely be returning!

Negatives: Unfortunately, the restaurant is staffed by teenagers who are extremely slow. It takes over 10 minutes to receive your drink or check. It's simply not worth your time to dine here. Additionally, the prices are too high. If you're craving Friendly's, consider going to a different location instead.

Dixie works at this Friendly's, and it truly lives up to its name. She’s the best waitress you could ask for! The food is simple, but the service is fantastic. Bring the kids along, unwind, and enjoy your meal.
