With the closure of so many classic Friendly’s locations in this area, the birth land of the chain it’s nice to see it hanging on with a fresh new take on the Friendly’s restaurant concept.I placed a mobile order after using the bright and clean restroom and my food was delivered promptly after a short and comfortable wait on the provided bench.I ordered a burger with fries and a peanut butter sundae. The burger patty was large, well cooked, hot, and juicy. The vegetebles (lettuce, tomato, red onion) were fresh—although I’d recommend asking for extra if you really like them. Cheese was extra, but a necessity. Perfectly melty.Overall very satisfied and will return when in the area
I want to emphasize that the food is exceptional! However, it's the little things that can be quite disappointing. For instance, they forgot to include all the sauces for each meal! The BBQ sauce was missing with the chicken strips, the tartar sauce was not provided for the clam strips, and the marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks was also absent. It’s incredibly frustrating! These small oversights can significantly impact the dining experience. Attention to detail really matters!
Would rate 10 stars if I could. This is a great Friendly's location. The food was ready very quickly, and my order was prepared with 100% accuracy. I love you, Friendly's. Thank goodness you are back at this plaza. My compliments to the staff on their phenomenal work! Guy Fieri ? would be impressed! FFF Friendly's Fantastic Food. This Friendly's location is a gem in the local and regional restaurant landscape.
Bright cozy environment. Pleasant staff. Designed to be just like a Cafe where you order then are given a table card and sit, serve yourself soda, one of the staff runners come out and deliver to your table. You clear the table yourself. I would say a bit pricey but isn 't that everywhere now? (5 chicken tenders and fries/coleslaw for 15.99)

My friend and I both ordered the bacon Mac and cheese burger with waffle fries and a strawberry milkshake. The burgers were absolutely delicious! It was a perfect combination of three of our favorite guilty pleasures in one mouth-watering meal. Although they forgot our milkshake, overall our experience tonight was fantastic.
I had breakfast for the first time in years, and it was absolutely delicious! The staff was also very friendly. As for parking, there are spots available out front for takeout and curbside pickup, plus a large parking lot on the side for dine-in customers. And they have a kids' menu, making it a great place for families!
very disappointing. paid $17 for a chicken tender entree and got 5 small dried out chicken fingers and not even a half cup of cole slaw. Oh ya and no marinara for the mozz sticks i ordered. giving 2 stars because at least it tasted fine. but paying $35 for cafeteria food, i feel violated
The food was delicious overall, but there was a dead bug in my macaroni side dish which was disgusting. Additionally, I ordered a cheeseburger but received a hamburger instead. Very disappointing experience.
