The sauce leans to that cane sugar, molasses sweet with just the right amount of heat/tanginess that complements.Traditional Southern sides are always hot and delivered to you quickly I've never waited very long at all) I skip the chow chow myself though others like it. Think Slaw on an onion based mustard kick/ this would definitely, if on a sandwich , lean it to the Zang some desire in BBQ. The food was excellent—especially the burgers, steak fries, and the stew, which was fantastic. However, I was frustrated that no one came by to refill our drinks and customers can’t serve themselves. You have to go up to the counter and attempt to get someone’s attention. Even though several employees in the back made eye contact and saw that I needed help, they just turned away. The counter was quite busy with orders.
The smell of smoke was really bad during allergy season, I don’t know why that was there but that was really the only bad thing. My food was amazing, literally to die for. Thank you so much Full Moon for serving me and my family! We enjoyed your amazing Cookies. You’ll never get better cookies. BBQ is still amazingly great so I’ll be coming back a lot!
Nice place. Great food. Plenty of options other than beef and pork. Clean environment. Friendly, professional staff. Could have been 5 stars: my chicken dinner was fast and tasty, but served a little cold. Dietary restrictions: Plenty of options for folks who don't eat beef or pork.

Full Moon BBQ is always good, but this Alabaster location is the best of the best. Everything we ordered was fantastic: ribs, fried okra, pulled pork, macaroni cheese, buffalo style tenders, and fries. It was all good. The tea was excellent, too.

Ordered through the DoorDash app to pick up my order. Once I got there my order was ready. Food was awesome as always!

The pulled pork was very dry. I won't be returning to this restaurant.
