Furi Chinese - Réserver une table

This is an area I don't get to often, that said, I had a really bad date here about 20 years ago, this lot looked to be the same lot, but it was an Italian restaurant we went to that day, and I didn't see an Italian place, but it was kinda dark and hard to see. The rating for this place is high, too high for a place I never heard of and now I can give you my unfiltered review. This place is nowhere near 4 stars, even 3 stars is generous in my opinion. Service was both fast and friendly, but the food was anything but memorable, at least in a positive way. The Hot and Sour wasn't hot, at all, and was really bland. This is a great restaurant. When you enter, the place is nicely decorated with colorful cushions on the chairs and attentive service. I have been here over ten times and love the service and food. The wonton soup is wonderful. I have ordered the soup, the broth the wonton soup has is so good. The wontons are flavorful and I could make a meal out of this. I have also ordered both fish and honey walnut prawns from their dinner menu. I agree that their fried rice has no vegetables. I actually prefer this, to the usual frozen pea and carrots medley added to fried rice at most restaurants. The portion of honey walnut prawns was generous and the walnuts were toasted. The neighborhood Chinese restaurant you always hope to find. Food is excellent, the owner staff are friendly and welcoming, service is good. They are sandwiched between the Ace Hardware and the Pancake Haus, but don't be deceived by the location, Furi is great.

Awesome food, awesome service, friendly ambiance. I love this restaurant and hope more people find out about this slight hole in the wall gem.
