Fussey Baer - Réservation de table

I'm a regular to Fussey, it's in a great location especially if you like people watching, grab a stall at the window. I go in with my daughter who loves a babychino and a croissant, the staff are super family friendly so you never feel uneasy if you go as a group with a few little ones. I also love to pitch up and have a quiet iced late while the little ones are at nursery/school. The decor is lovely and they play great music. Highly recommend to locals and people visiting hitchin!

Went to Fussey Baer yesterday with my friend and our respective children..I fancied a coffee and a treat opted for a mocha and a slice of gingerbread, over priced and not good quality. I really can’t believe that it costs £6.50 for a mediocre coffee that was tepid and the thinnest sliver of cake, the thinnest I’ve ever seen! I wouldn’t return. Feels overly trendy and not much else. Shame I had high hopes.

This café is located in a great area and has a trendy atmosphere, but it is quite small and gets crowded quickly, with limited space to move around. The coffee is served in small glasses and looks appealing, but in reality, it's not the best value for the price. The staff is friendly, and the cakes look delicious, although I have not yet had the opportunity to try them.

This used to be my favorite spot for lunch in Hitchin, but not anymore. While I was there today, I witnessed the man behind the counter petting a customer's dog multiple times and then continue serving food without washing his hands. I had already started eating my sandwich, but this really turned me off. I will not be returning. Réservez une table maintenant

You'd think the last thing that Hitchin needed was another coffee shop, even it it was making a point about aiming for the high end of the market there might be room for one such outlet in town, but Hitchin Coffee Lab in Sun Street would seem to have that covered?

I had a rare half an hour to myself whilst my daughter napped. I was greeted on arrival and complimented on my trousers which made me feel just lovely! Coffee was amazing and I could of drank another and another. Thank you :

I am in awe of the V60 coffee at this restaurant! It is absolutely delicious, though it may be a bit pricey, the flavor is incredibly smooth. The service is also great and the staff is very knowledgeable.

I’ve visited a few times and each time the service has been pleasant and the food has been good, recently I had a toasted hummus and roasted pepper sandwich, simple but tasty and well delivered. Réservez une table maintenant

We ordered a cappuccino and a chai latte which was very disappointing. The staff and service was good, but their products let them down.

Ordered a latte and it tasted great and presented with a heart on the top. Lovely decor and lovely staff.
