We've been coming here for years and aren't going to come as many times as we did. They have increased prices, but the portions have decreased, like the taste of food. The sushi was fresh and delicious! We ordered shrimps, salmon, steak and some chickens and steak. The guy came out to cook it quite fast, the tricks were fine (he fell the spatula on the first attempt), and while he did to the will, he cooked the food (it was Bland) and never offered us any sauces. I usually tap the chef, but he didn't deserve any. Fortunately, I was able to get a groupon/living social voucher when I finished eating what made the $160 dinner for 5 a better price. I hope you get a better cook than the one we ha...
Let's be real that you're going to the show. And yes, that was definitely cool. It was sweet and my daughter was shocked by the fire. That's fun. The restaurant itself is beautiful. We're here early. So we had no problem getting room right away. When we left about an hour later, something was definitely overcrowded. The service was good, except when they know that no one comes by to see if you need to drink more. So I would like to drink more, but never really have the chance to get more soda. I have a groupon for a deal for dinner for a week. And I'm glad I did that because the food was good. It really didn't have much taste. I'm glad I could save money, but have a nice time.
The chef did very well considering there were 3 separate groups at our table. Nothing was burnt except a bit of the vegetables. The steak was very tender and not too salty. No need to splurge for filet mignon unless you want to. The soup was not too salty either which is refreshing. I usually do not finish the entire soup. The salmon was cooked perfectly. The chicken was a bit dry and needed more sauce. The restaurant is very spacious and clean. Will be coming back.
This Hibachi and Sushi lounge is very spacious. We arrived at 2:00 and a Sunday and sat fast. We ordered appetizers, sushi, roasted rice and noodles. We had Sapporo and Martinis. The waitresses were friendly and attentive. Our food came out quite quickly and was very delicious. This place seems very popular as there were some groups that eat the Hibachi and others. If you are in the mood for sushi, hibachi or both, check it out definitely.

Tom Chen has made a very special combination of modern atmosphere, beautifully prepared appetizers, sushi rolls and hibachi dinners. There is something for everyone here, chicken, quality beef and fish dinners and combination meals to please everyone. This place is pretty cool. The hotel is located in a small shopping center in Carle Place. The decor is modern and the staff was professional and very courteous our party of 12. So open to me, I was disappointed that the food was not as tasteful as I thought. The food was definitely dirty, but it was an experience. Definitely visit and bring the family if you want.
Soup was good, came out fast, calamari was ok... chewier then I prefer.. loved the sauce on the side. I think I sweet chili dip?! Shrimp tempura was good too.. almost closing time so had to rush my order before the kitchen closed.. so I just order things I thought would be quick for them to make :
I've been to many hibachi restaurants in my lifetime (NY and FL) and Fyhre is well run, clean. Chefs are skillful and entertaining, and food portions are good and tasty without being salty (MSG enhanced). Proteins aren't over or undercooked. Enjoyable experience for family or groups.

The food and sushi were great! The waiters had an attitude but the hibachi chefs were so nice, entertaining and made our experience better. Nice setting, suitable for family, and large parties on one side and a more romantic date night setup on the other side by the bar.
