Gasthaus Heiligkreuz

I book the hotel. After insisting to get a booking confirmation and finally receiving one, I notice the confirmation has been blown up with an 'evening meal ' at 55CHF/day. I arrive at the hotel, attempt to communicate that this was not agreed upon and get thrown out of the hotel. After refusing me entrance to the hotel, the owner wants me to pay for the room. Bottomline: I don 't think the owner is in a healthy mental space. It is probably better to stay far away.

The Gasthaus Heiligkreuz is idyllically situated in the middle of the Lengtal, a side valley in the Binntal. A fantastic place of power. The cuisine is very fine and regional and seasonal products are used. Very nice hosts. We will be back. Food drinks: Regional, healthy. Fine homemade ice tea. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Romantic, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value

Das Gasthaus Heiligkreuz liegt idyllisch inmitten des Lengtales, einem Seitental im Binntal.. Ein fantastischer Kraftort. Die Küche ist sehr fein, und es wird mit regionalen und saisonalen Produkten gearbeitet. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir kommen wieder. Service: 5

Wunderbarer Ort, ideal für Wanderer, einfach, unkompliziert und sympathisch. Wir haben gut gegessen und geschlafen. Allerdings gehobene Preisklasse. Einzig das Tag und Nacht brummende Elektrizitätswerk nebenan kann empfindliche Seelen stören. Réservez une table maintenant

Tolle Gastgeberin und freundlicher Gastgeber. Eine eindrucksvolle Lage. Man erreicht das Restaurant über schöne Wanderwege. Wer lieber hinfährt kann auch das Auto nutzen. Das Essen ist gesund und schmeckt. Service: 5

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, tolles Essen, schöne, saubere Zimmer und eine wunderschöne Lage am Ende der Welt. Hätte mich nicht gewundert, wenn Frodo Beutlin um die Ecke gekommen wäre!

Actually a great place. It's a shame that there is no local food and the non-alcoholic beer comes from Germany. In a place like this I expect locals. Service: 4 Location: 5
