We spent two days here late summer and were so grateful for the beautiful setting, the very comfortable accommodation and delicious food. Our room was spacious, decorated with lots of special touches and had a lovely balcony with a view over the valley and mountains beyond and a great bathroom. If you are looking for peace and tranquility, off-the-beaten-track this is the place to come to! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant delicious. I don't know what they put in their salad dressing, but it was one of the tastiest dressings I've ever eaten. This is the most unique and wonderful place. We visited as a family (4 adults, 4 small children) at the end of the Winter Season. Our trip to Bellwald by train, and then on foot over the suspension bridge to Mühlebach, was spectacular. The snow taxi up to 1777m, with lovely hosts, was such fun for all ages, and we were rewarded at the top with delightful hosts, service above and beyond what we’ve ever previously experienced, a seriously delicious lunch, and a lovely warm and friendly atmosphere. This is the right place if you are looking for a quiet stay in the middle of nowhere. The place itself is great, with such a spectacular view of the surrounding. The rooms are cozy and simple, and the bathroom very clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the dinner too was so great (we ate them almost every night). Do not forget to try their beer, we loved it. The staff is very nice, all the guys working there have been very helpful: they suggested us all the best place nearby and made our stay really great! There are multiple hikes that you can do from here and full of places to explore. I truly recommend this place!
Quite unique setting up on a hill by itself. The rooms were simple but comfortable and clean. There were multiple hikes directly from the hotel, which were extremely beautiful when we visited. Good restaurant and tasty home-brewed beer round out a comfortable stay. Réservez une table maintenant
