the location is a beautiful terrace with views of the pool/garden area. the service was very good, friendly, polite, without being familiar. while the setting was beautiful, there was a slight feeling of “stuffiness”. one of us had the menu valrugues €105, the other the menu decouverte €90. the valrugues suffered from too many different aromes and textures, some of which worked and others did not. the quality of food and the preparation was without question. the decouverte offered simple choices for each of the 3 courses; fish was chosen for the escape and plate. this menu seemed much better to work; the aromen were reported together and the fish was without any mistake. decouverte offers a...
Cadre charmant. Service aimable et attentif. La nourriture est inégale : petits pains trop durs et viande fade et coriace. Les portions sont énormes, il serait bon de les alléger. C'est un si beau cadre et une terrasse de restaurant agréable, mais l'intérieur de l'hôtel est usé et terne. On dirait qu'il souffre d'une crise d'identité.
Les débutants et les desserts étaient excellents, nos plats principaux que nous avions tous les deux un peu clair et inintéressant. Je recommande de choisir de la viande en visitant le restaurant. Soyez conscient que le champagne qu'ils offrent en tant qu'apero est à un prix élevé. L'environnement et l'atmosphère sont magnifiques...
everything was clicked tonight. from the shuttle pick-up in our hotel, to the simpleness and yet deep of the menu, the quality of food and preparation, the friendliness and discreet / non-slip service and the environment. a beautiful jubilee night for us and one of our best meals in new remembrance thanks!
