Wow, wow, wow!!! I've seen a lot of emotional reviews from people expressing negativity about the change in ownership, which is really unfortunate because the food here was AMAZING. People need to move on from the past and enjoy what this place has to offer now. Every dish we ordered was incredibly delicious and packed with flavor! I felt it was important to share this review because it’s truly worth a trip to George’s, especially if you value authentic, high-quality ethnic cuisine. My family and I will definitely be returning to George's!
This was my fourth visit to George's, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The octopus stew was a highlight—tender, flavorful, and beautifully complemented by the sweet, aromatic peppers. The fried chicken wings were plump and juicy, generously sized, and deliciously marinated. However, the real standout for me was the sweet potato fries. They were sweet, crunchy, and perfectly moist all at once. I can't wait to return to George's soon to try more dishes. Great job, George's! I highly recommend it!
This was my first visit since the restaurant changed ownership. I really enjoyed the chicken and broccoli Alfredo; the broccoli was fresh and perfectly cooked, not overdone. The chicken was full of flavor as well. Additionally, the service was great, with the staff being very attentive.
I ordered the fish and chips, and it was absolutely delicious. My grandson had the grilled octopus and really enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The renovations have truly revitalized the restaurant. I’m planning to return for the live music!
