Georgeview Open Kitchen

We have been coming here for breakfast for years. It is our go-to spot in the winter when we are planning our vacation to the sunny south and need a place to talk about plans over coffee. The staff are always friendly, the portions are just right and the coffee is always good. I see why they have been in business for over 50 years. I think the owners know that if you consistently provide good (simple not fancy) food and great service, you will have un-covered the secret to longevity as a restaurant.

We were in Georgetown over the holidays visiting family and we stopped in to the Georgeview Open Kitchen for breakfast one of those mornings. This place does a pretty darn good breakfast and they have a nice selection. I had my favourite classic Canadian breakfast, bacon with scrambled eggs and brown toast and it was generously portioned and very taste. I will be back to Georgeview Open Kitchen the next time we are in town and would recommend this place to anyone passing by.

I've been having an almost weekly Saturday breakfast at this place for the better part of a year and they have yet to disappoint. Yoyvleavr feeling like you had a big breakfast, but it's not overdone. Bacon and eggs with hash browns and toast is done just right every time, for a price that is more than reasonable. The serving staff is always attentive and welcoming.

Simple, fresh and fast! Can't beat the Early Bird Special - my kids just wish they could order it for lunch when they have the late CTK lunch period. Next year they have the early lunch again so they are looking forward to the Early...More Réservez une table maintenant

I enjoy coming here on days I just don't want to make breakfast. Great staff. Family friendly. I mostly enjoy the early bird special: 2 eggs , sausage / bacon / ham , toast and home fries.

Food is good....toast is almost always DARK!!! They desperately need to renovate this place if they don't want to lose out to competition. Seats have no padding!!
