Really interesting menu with some dishes that are a welcome change to the normal run of the mill curries that you can get in every Indian restaurant. I had the Coconut mixed tandoori. Although that sounds as though it is going to be sweet with no heat, that wasn't the case. This dish balanced all of the elements to make it thouroughly delicuous. I accompanied it with the biggest, fluffiest naan that you have ever seen. The portion sizes were bery generous (a doggy bag was needed for mine). The staff were charming and efficient. I visited this restaurant and absolutely loved it! The owner is incredibly friendly and even gives you a little hug when you arrive, which makes you feel right at home. The staff are welcoming and attentive! We both ordered the biryani, and it was simply wonderful. Surprisingly, I usually dislike herbal curry sauce, but this one was so tasty that I finished it completely. We also tried a meat samosa, which was light and full of flavor. The portion sizes were generous, and the sauces were abundant—no skimping here! I celebrated my niece Alysha's birthday with a group of ten, and we felt very welcome. The menu had many changes, but everything we wanted was available, which can be rare these days. The service was excellent, filled with smiles and good humor. We really enjoyed the food and the overall experience. The prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place and plan to visit again.

I took friends from work as I was before, but they didn't. 3 of them said it was the best cure they had, the rest said, one of the best they had. absolutely delicious and the service is always excellent, attentive and friendly.

This is our go-to Indian restaurant in Donington. The food is really good and the staff are really friendly and welcoming. We regularly have takeaways from here and often eat in too. Recommended
