Gianni's Pizzeria Red Bank

I have not been to this pizzeria. I went to its website after a mention about it in the Asbury Park Press. However, after reading the smug responses from the owner to negative reviews, I have no interest in patronizing the place. The food may be goodand I wish the business all success. But I have always measured individuals by their response to adversity and this owner failsin that regard.

I visited for the Mooby's Pop-Up experience on September 23rd 2020! A great set-up and the staff did a remarkable job making it fun while enforcing social distancing requirements amid the ongoing pandemic. The food was well-made and the whole thing was agreat trip. I'll have to visit again the next time I'm in Red Bank because I've heard equally great things about their pizza!

Glad I went here on my work trip. Debatably the best chicken parm sub I’ve ever had. Also got a plain slice. Boom, that’s where some magic happened. Can’t believe my boy Dave P. hasn’t been here. Dude at the counter was a legend.

We ordered a delicious Sicilian pizza and a wonderful salad with roasted peppers and mozzarella cheese. I hadn't enjoyed a Sicilian pizza like this one in many years, since my grandmother used to make them for us.

Stopped at a random corner pizza shop and had a couple of the best Sicilian slices I've ever had. Great sauce and dough and cooked to perfection.
