I’ve tried both the bento box and the lunch special, and they were both excellent. The katsu is lightly breaded, crispy, and tender all at once. The Classic Milk Tea was delicious even at 50% sweetness, and I’d say it’s comparable to what you’d find at 85 Degrees Bakery.
The restaurant has about 5-6 tables that can seat around 12-15 people comfortably, and there are two registers (one for in-person orders and another kiosk). The ambiance is charming yet simple. While 30-minute parking can be a bit limited, there’s plenty of parking available in the main plaza.

I thought it was a little pricey at first but they give you a very big serving size. I ordered pork katsu and gyoza. I think I could have just ordered one and it would have been enough for two people, but now I know that for next time. Their bulldog sauce tastes like it was house made and it is extremely good. Because I took this to go the chicken was not as crispy but it sat in a car for 20 minutes, that is my fault. I do however wish that the cabbage had an optional dressing. The presentation was really nice. I really enjoyed the meal and I look forward to coming back.

Had a great experience with Ginkgo Katsu catering! We opted for the family trays, did half pork and half chicken katsu. Came with the salad, rice, pickles and all the condiments. Everything went very smoothly! Loved that they offered free delivery within 10 miles. I had about 47 guests and ordered for about 55 people just in case. We had plenty of food, enough for people to take home leftovers! It all tasted great and everyone was very happy! Thank you Ginkgo Katsu!
Really Good Katsu. 4.5/5 The breading was not heavy and overdone. It was light and you can taste the pork. I got the Pork Bento Box and it came with so much for it's price. The salad dressing was good and flavorful. Katsu sauce was not too watery or thick. The takoyaki was done well and not too strong flavors. The side dishes are great. The Egg was in a shape of a fish. The presentation was done well.
Whats not to love. The pork katsu bento is utterly delish. The pork is never dry and never taste oily. The cali roll and the pickles that come on the side are some of the best. Recommend the peach oolong tea, 30% sweet, add crystal boba. And the tayaki....so good. I always buy 5, stick them in fridge and put in toaster oven when I want a snack. The server, young girl, is super nice and efficient.
My family and I ordered the chicken, pork, and fish katsu, and we loved all of it!! Delicious, crispy, and seasoned well. Their salad dressing, katsu sauce, and pickles are all house made and are amazing!! Portions are huge so we had more than enough food for a few meals!

Chicken Katsu it is disappointed compared to the past. Did you change the owner? It seems like nothing tasty, dried, downsized and downgraded quality after I eat here. used to my go to place but I don't think I will return here.
Beautiful presentation and everything tasted great. Pork Katsu box was worth the price. Excited to try more from them
